An in-water discharging device, a humidifier, an air-conditioner and an air-conditioner system are provided to integrate a high-voltage electrode and a counter electrode into one body. An air-conditioner system comprises an air-conditioner and a humidifier. The air-conditioner comprises a fan assembly and a heat exchanger. The humidifier comprises a discharge cell(10), a humidifying device and a fan assembly. The discharge cell ionizes the water through the in-water discharging. The humidifying device absorbs the ionized water. The fan assembly inhales/discharges the air so that the water absorbed into the humidifying device can be evaporated.
