A transceiver and a method thereof for extracting a control message in a wireless communications system are provided to compress control information such as resource allocation information and minimize overhead by transmission of control information. A control message generator(110) produces a control message. A storage(120) stores a final control message which successfully is received with a receiving unit. A bonding compressing unit(130) generates the compressed control message by compressing the control message based on control message. A switch outputs one with the switching control signal of the controller among the generated control message and compression control message. A transmission unit(150) transmits the control message outputted from the switch with the receiving device.
