A shape steel attached vehicle protection rail is provided to protect the passenger and structure by directly preventing a vehicle from colliding a structure and reducing the impulse quantity generated in a collision. A shape steel attached vehicle protection rail is composed of a pair of prefabricated clamps(200) which are attached to a flange unit(100) of a shape steel post, a fastening device(401) mutually fastening the prefabricated clamps through a fastening unit(230), and a vehicle protection horizontal rail(300) assembled a rail combining unit(240) of the prefabricated clamps. The prefabricated clamp is composed of a hanging unit(210), a contact plate member(220), the fastening unit, and the rail combining unit.
