FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises flexible wire protective elements arranged inside air intake, shifted axially relative to each other. Aforesaid elements represent a set of separate pigtails fitted along generating line of air intake housing inner surface and attached to that housing. Aforesaid pigtails are fitted with ferromagnetic elements, pressed over pigtails periphery. Cylindrical coil with aerodynamic-shape core is mounted at the housing center and connected to DC- and sine-wave electrical signal adjustable-amplitude and phase. ^ EFFECT: reduction of disturbing effects on flow in idle conditions, efficient engine protection. ^ 3 dwg |
