A method for transforming plant body using ultra fine process technique and optical method and an apparatus are provided to apply to various plants and ensure high transformation efficiency. An apparatus for transforming plant using a superhigh speed laser comprises: a beam system having laser light source; an optical system for focusing laser beam from the laser light source; a stage which controls the position of subject individual; and a monitoring apparatus. A method for transforming the plant using the superhigh speed laser comprises: a step of partially removing cell wall of plant body to be transformed by laser beam; a step of delivering an induction material to the plant cell; and a step of reproducing the removed cell wall.
