<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device being advantageous for reducing the number of restrictions on shape such as cross sectional shape or the like and size such as cross sectional size or the like of a disconnection prevention member while enhancing the crime prevention property for an intruder or the like by providing a slat on the disconnection prevention member. <P>SOLUTION: This shutter device is provided with a slat curtain 1 formed by assembling a plurality of slats 6 to bend and an opening and closing driving mechanism for opening and closing the slat curtain 1. At least one slat 6 among a plurality of slats 6 forming the slat curtain 1 is provided with the disconnection prevention member 700 for preventing disconnection of the slat 6 by the intruder or the like.
