PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine configured so as to detect the coordinates of a game ball and effectively determine the moving state of the game ball on the basis of the coordinates. SOLUTION: A Pachinko game machine includes: a display position detection means 233 for detecting the coordinates of the game ball which is introduced into a prescribed detection arranged in a playfield to move inside the detection area; a moving amount calculation means 272 for calculating the moving amount of the game ball moving inside the detection area on the basis of the coordinates; and a moving state determination means 273 for determining whether or not it is equivalent to the moving state that the game ball can indicate in a normal game state on the basis of the moving amount calculated by the moving amount calculation means 272. Thus, by the moving amount calculated on the basis of the coordinates of the game ball moving in the detection area, whether or not the moving state of the game ball is equivalent to the moving state which can be indicated by the normal game state is effectively determined.
