PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load; and to display on a list at high speed, each facility in the order of shortness of a mileage and an arriving time. SOLUTION: This device includes a present position detection means 2; an information storage means 3; a searching means 4a for calculating an estimated arrival time to a facility position from the present position; a retrieval means 4b for setting an area in a prescribed range from the present position as a peripheral area, and retrieving facilities in the peripheral area; and a control means 4c for displaying on a list, the retrieved facilities. When a vehicle exists on a road, the peripheral area is classified into each area on the front left side, on the front right side, on the rear left side, and on the rear right side as a view from the vehicle, and the retrieved facilities are sorted in the order of the distance in each area, and further sorted in the order of the area on the front left side, on the front right side, on the rear left side, and on the rear right side and displayed on a list. When the vehicle does not exist on the road, the peripheral area is classified into each area in a short distance, in a middle distance, and in a long distance as a view from the vehicle, and the retrieved facilities are sorted in the order of the distance in each area in the short distance area and in the long distance area, and sorted in the order of shortness of the estimated arrival time in the middle distance area, and further sorted in the order of the area in the short distance, in the middle distance, and in the long distance and displayed on the list.
