PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luggage room structure in a one-box type vehicle which effectively corresponds to the dimension and the shape of luggage by adjusting the height of a luggage room and the dimension to the end of the luggage room. SOLUTION: In a luggage room 30 provided behind a rear seat 10 having a jumping-up mechanism, a floor board 40 can be longitudinally folded in a plurality of portions such as a longitudinally two-folding type so as to adjust the height position of a floor surface F in the luggage room 30, and can be attachably/detachably arranged in the luggage room 30. The floor board can effectively correspond to the height of the luggage or the like and the dimension to the end by employing the full-flat mode of two types in relation to the forwardly-collapsed state of a seatback 12 in the rear seat 10, or the jumping-up state of the entire rear seat 10.
