PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a punched portion is broken and an important portion is missing when printed matter or a clear holder is punched by a puncher or the like in the case when it is bound in a binder. SOLUTION: In regard to a document composed at least of a front cover and a back cover, a mound-shaped rectangular cutting-off part which makes part of connection of the back cover with the front into a folding tab is formed in the central part on the connecting part side of the back cover, so as to provide the printed matter or the clear holder which can be bound, as it is, in the binder or the like.
