PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the number of redrawing processing whenever necessary, while preventing a residual image. SOLUTION: An image redrawing control device includes: a redrawing means for performing redrawing processing including a first deleting step of deleting a first image data which is supplied to a display device including a plurality of pixels, and a drawing step of supplying a second image data to the display device; a measuring means for measuring a parameter regarding time when a prescribed voltage is applied to the pixel, regarding each of the plurality of pixels; a storage means for storing the parameter which is measured by the measuring means for each pixel; and a control means for controlling the redrawing means so that the redrawing processing may not be performed for pixels corresponding to the parameter which is more than a threshold, when the parameter stored in the storage means is more than the threshold.
