PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a joint bending measuring device with a simple constitution, to enlarge an application range, and to easily provide data of a safety evaluation test of a mechanical element. SOLUTION: This joint bending measuring device 10 comprises a bar-like gauge head body section 11, a displacement gauge head 12 disposed at the tip of the gauge head body section 11 turnably via a joint section 19, a potentiometer 13 disposed inside a device base section 15, and a wire 14 for measurement for connecting the displacement gauge head 12 to the potentiometer 13. The wire 14 for measurement is arranged inside a groove 17 disposed in the gauge head body section 11 and the displacement gauge head 12. The angular displacement amount of the displacement gauge head 12 is detected by the potentiometer 13 by the moving amount of the wire 14 for measurement, and calculated by angle conversion. The joint bending measuring device 10 has a simple constitution and can be minimized, so that a small part such as a fingertip of an infant can be assumed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
