摘要 A method for doping transition metals in zinc oxide nanowire using ultrasonic wave is provided to enable to control the concentration of transition metals included in zinc oxide nanowire. A method for doping transition metals in zinc oxide nanowire comprises the following steps of: forming a zinc film on the top of a substrate(S10); dipping the substrate in an aqueous solution containing zinc salt, reducing agent and transition metal salts(S20); and applying ultrasonic wave to the aqueous solution in order to generate the zinc oxide nanowires where the transition metals are doped and to grow them(S30). The transition metal salt represents nitrate, acetate or their mixture. The transition metal is selected from the group consisting of Mn, Fe, Co and Ni.
