A diesel engine power generating apparatus is provided to drive an emergency generator without any compulsive force by preheating an engine body through a high-frequency heating apparatus. A diesel engine power generating apparatus includes a diesel engine, an engine body unit(10), a high frequency heating unit, a sensor unit(40) and a controller(50). The diesel engine forms the body of a diesel engine, and the high frequency heating apparatus heats the engine body by being coupled to at least one side of the engine body unit. The sensor senses the temperature around the part that heated by the high frequency heating apparatus. The controller interworks with the high frequency heating apparatus and the sensor, and adjust the amount of the power supply applied to the high frequency heating apparatus according to the temperature measurement result transmitted from the sensor.
