The invention concerns machine building, in particular the hydraulic devices for pressing the processing industry, namely the turret briquetting machine and can be used for manufacturing the environmentally friendly fuel briquettes from the waste of the biomass of woodworking, agricultural, oil, sugar, biodiesel production. A turret briquetting machine contains a frame, on which there are installed a hydro-electric power station, a bunker with mixer located inside, a mechanism of loading and a mechanism of pressing with hydraulic cylinders of preliminary pressing, pressing and unloading. The mechanism of loading is fastened to the bottom of bunker and contains a conveyer screw and two-position rotary die with two chambers. The mechanism of loading consists of a turret head with chambers located along the circle of turret head and into which the plungers of the hydraulic cylinder of preliminary pressing, hydraulic cylinder of pressing and hydraulic cylinder of unloading positionally enter. The two-position rotary die is mechanically connected with the plunger of the first additional hydraulic cylinder, and the turret head - with the plunger of the second additional hydraulic cylinder. Technical result: improvement of the design of pressing machine for the possibility of simultaneous parallel fulfillment of the operations of pressing, which will increase output and quality of finished production, and also the extension of its capability. |
