FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly, to overhead power transmission line wires clamps. Proposed clamp has casing (2) with flute (3) for wire, pressure plate (4) and eye ring (5) with retainer buttons. U-shape eye rings (5) has horizontal strip (7) and plates (8) and (9) with conical ledges, several mm high. Pin (13) is furnished with slots, their shape approximating to that of ledges of plates (8) and (9) of eye ring (5). Aforesaid pins (1) can be available in several versions, in particular, it can feature its top part horizontally cut off, or rounded lower part with radius R1, or with r2-radius-rounded-recess lower part. Supporting clamp design allows its use on overhand power lines with various support brackets (open or closed design).
