FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary medicine and can be used for microdetermination of both free, and bound Closantel in animals' plasma, milk, and tissues. The method provides as follows. Animals' plasma, milk or tissues are sampled. These sampled are prepared for the analysis. Then the prepared samples are subject to enzymatic hydrolysis, with using chemotrypsin in amount 10 mg/ml for plasma and milk and 20 mg/g for animals' tissues within 1 hour for plasma and milk and 2 hours for animals' tissues respectively. Then Closantel is extracted with chloroform, acetonitrile, methanol or mixtures thereof. The prepared extracts are purified by washing in hexane for the following microdetermination of Closantel by high-performance liquid chromatography. ^ EFFECT: possibility for microdetermination of both free, and bound Closantel. ^ 2 tbl, 4 ex |
