PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of easily forming an engaging projection part 15a large in a width dimension in the circumferential direction and the height in the radial direction, in the structure for arranging the slip-out preventive engaging projection part 15a in a part in the circumferential direction of a front end part outer peripheral surface of an inner shaft 25.

SOLUTION: A front end part of the inner shaft 25 is formed as a cylindrical part 30. The engaging projection part 15a is formed by plastically bending and raising a part in the circumferential direction of a tip part of this cylindrical part 30 outward in the radial direction in a state of being separated from both side parts in the circumferential direction of the part. The problem is solved by adopting such a structure.
