<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a cooling jacket in which clogging-up of the cooling jacket is quantitatively controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The clogging-up ratio of injecting holes in the cooling jackets 200, 400, is judged based on cooling liquid pressure in the internal space 210 of the cooling jackets 200, 400. A clogging-up pressure correlation table 510 recording the correlation between the clogging-up ratio and the cooling liquid pressure, obtained at a preliminary test for measuring the cooling liquid pressure under state of intentionally clogging up the injection holes in the cooling jackets 200, 400, is prepared. The pressure of the cooling liquid during quenching, is measured. When detecting the pressure of the cooling liquid, corresponding to the permissible clogging-up ratio, the exchange of the cooling jackets 200, 400, is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
