<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide guide information about transport facilities without requiring a user to perform troublesome operation. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of terminals 1<SB>1</SB>to 1<SB>n</SB>are installed in transport facilities in various regions, respectively, and can image user's face images. An authentication server 2 has a database where the user's face image is registered in association with a destination. A route search server 3 generates guide information from a transport facility where the terminal in which the face image has been imaged is installed to a destination. When face images are imaged in a terminal 1<SB>k</SB>(k=1 to n), the authentication server 2 searches the database to acquire the destination corresponding to the imaged face image and the route search server 3 generates the guide information from the transport facility where the terminal is installed to the destination acquired by the authentication server 2.
