PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photodetection connector, with which the discrimination of an actually used line from a free line and the determination of the purpose of a signal light, and the like, can be performed easily and visually, and draw down operation can be performed efficiently in a short time, without using any special measuring instrument with respect to an optical fiber core line inside a closure. SOLUTION: The photodetection connector includes a wavelength filter 4a for transmitting and reflecting a predetermined wavelength in the infrared range; a light-receiving element 6 for receiving a signal light transmitted through and reflected by the wavelength filter and converting into an electrical signal; a detection circuit 7 for converting the electrical signal to a predetermined driving signal and a light-emitting display device 8 for visible lighting or blinking, and is connected optically and detachably to a photo connector, in the optical transmission channel and detects the optical signal in the transmission channel.
