PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller conveyor facility capable of manufacturing a roller easily in a short time and achieving weight saving, while smoothing the surface of an annular groove section, where an endless rotating body is wrapped therearound. SOLUTION: In this roller conveyor facility, a rotary drive shaft 20 along the direction of a conveyance path is provided below a roller 10 group arranged in a conveyor frame 3 in a freely rotating manner, the rotary drive shaft and at least a part of the roller are interlockingly connected via the endless rotating body 25, and a rotary drive section 30 is interlockingly connected with the rotary drive shaft. At least a part of the roller 10 is formed of a metal cylindrical body section 11, resin end members 12, 13 inserted and connected at both end sections of the cylindrical body section, and rotating shaft bodies 14, 15, respectively provided in the center sections of the end members. A part of one-end member 12 is protruded from the cylindrical body section, and the annular groove section 12E, where the endless rotating body 25 is wrapped therearound, is integrally formed in a protruded section 12Z. The outside protruded sections of the rotating shaft bodies 14, 15 are supported in the conveyer frame 3, in a freely rotating manner via a bearing 18. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
