PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail which enables safe raising and lowering from the deck of a vehicle body, such as, mobile crane. SOLUTION: In this handrail 6 for getting in a vehicle, an entrance step 5 for getting in a driver's seat 4 arranged on a deck 2 of a vehicle 1 or upward away from the deck 2 is mounted to a side edge of the vehicle 1, and a handrail 7 to be gripped, when raising and lowering on the entrance step 5 is curved toward an inner deep part, from a rightward and leftward direction to a forward and backward direction, and mounted to the deck 2 near a portion where the step 5 is mounted.
