PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost for manufacturing the noise reducer and to keep the effect to suppress a cavity resonance. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 1 with a noise reducer comprises a pneumatic tire 3 and a noise reducer 7 mounted on the tire internal face 6. The noise reducer 7 is formed into an annular shape by causing end faces 12e of long sponge members 12 arranged along the tire circumferential direction, to abut on each other.
