PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated metal sheet excellent in any of the characteristic such as scratch resistance, 0T processability in bending and contamination resistance including warm feeling. SOLUTION: In the resin-coated metal sheet, at least two layers of resin films are formed on the surface of the metal sheet. There is a particle-containing layer where an inorganic hollow particle is contained by 20 mass% or more and 70 mass% or less in the lower except the outermost surface layer. The particle-containing layer includes a thickness of 15μm or more and 50μm or less, the average particle diameter of the hollow particle is 25μm or less, and a thickness smaller than the particle-containing layer.
