PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a motor rotor and the workability at manufacturing. SOLUTION: A rotor core 11 is constituted of a plurality of core segments 12, coupled to each other in a substatially ring shape at a division section 12a. A connecting structure connecting a concave part 12e with its tip end bulging in a trapezoidal shape to a convex part 12f with its depth part being extended into a trapezoidal shape, is formed at the division section 12a, and the core segments 12 are inhibited from relative movement with one another, in the circumferential direction and in the radial direction.
