A shock absorbing hinge apparatus is provided to obtain the various functions by the desired section by differently applying the positive torque and reverse torque by the desired section. A shock absorbing hinge apparatus is composed of a spring which is compressed according to the oscillation of a cam to save the repulsive power and supplies the repulsive power to the cam, the cam which is slid with a cam unit of a shaft and compresses the spring by converting the rotational motion of the shaft into the linear motion, the shaft which is combined to a rotary body(3) and transmits the positive torque to the cam unit, and a case having a rotation prevention guide which houses the above members and prevents the rotation of the cam. |
