An input hole is formed on the upper side of the body part. The input hole is to inject a cut target(230) ejected from the feeder. The cutting part is installed at the lower part of the body part. The cutting part cuts the cut target put into. The guiding part is formed in the upper side of the body part. The guiding part guides the cut target to the input hole from the feeder.
