A squint and binocular vision measuring device is provided to easily measure a squint and binocular vision in a narrow space by displaying eye charts on a computer monitor. A squint and binocular vision measuring device(200) includes a display part(220) and a main body part(240). The display part displays eye charts(CHA) for measuring a squint and binocular vision. The display part includes a screen part, a scan part, and a polarizing filter. The polarizing filter is inserted between the screen part and the scan part. The polarizing filter includes first polarizing tubes(RPLT) and second polarizing tubes(CPLT). The first polarizing tubes are parallel arranged. The second polarizing tubes are vertically arranged about the first polarizing tubes. The main body part transfers the eye charts to the display part.
