FIELD: physics, measurements. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of metering equipment and may be used in diagnostics of charged particles flows parametres. Method for determination of charged particles flow parametres consists in the fact that flow of particles from gas-discharge plasma is broken down by openings arranged in plate into microflows, which are later sent into chamber of particles receiver, which is called collector. Reception of microflows of plasma charged particles is done by packet of metal tubes bent at the angle of 0<ëñ90, which completely eliminates possibility of particles leakage outside the receiver. To assemble tubes into single structure of packet, their internal (D) and external (d2) diametres are arranged in ranges d1<D<d1+0.4L, d2<L+d1, where d1 is diametre of openings in plate that generate microflows of charged particles, and L is distance between openings. Ends of bent tubes are made in the form of cone, which increases efficiency of charged particles recombination with their surface, increasing accuracy of plasma particles parametres measurement. ^ EFFECT: simplification and improved efficiency of measurement of character of charged particles distribution along flow section. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
