摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biological and medical examinations, particularly to methods of organism biosubstrata, mainly human or animal, analysis for iodine content and can be used in examination of iodine metabolism in said organisms. The method involves biosubstratum sampling, binding and preparing for analysis for iodine content. The sample is bound by freezing at temperature -18Ç-20C, before the analysis the samples of thickness not exceeding 1 mm are dried at temperature 100C within 30Ç45 minutes. Then platinum layer of thickness up to 1 mcm is sprayed on the sample surface by ion evaporation. The analysis involves X-ray microspectral method with using a wavelength dispersion wherein the sample is exposed to primary electron beam directed thereon to evaluate number of frames of characteristic X-ray radiation. In the similar way, number of frames of characteristic X-ray radiation in a standard sample with known iodine content. Actual iodine content in organism biosubstrata is determined by comparing number of frames in biosubstratum and standard samples. ^ EFFECT: development of effective method of organism biosubstrata analysis for iodine content. ^ 1 tbl
