FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: hopper comprises drive with axis O-O (not indicated), cylindrical body 1, flat bottom 2, in which at least one hatch 3 is arranged for unloading of loose materials. Hopper also comprises the following components arranged in lower part of body 1 false bottom 4, differential mechanism 5, radial screws 6, gate valve 7 and bottom activator, which comprises lower 8 and upper 9 radial vanes joined to drive. Between vanes 8 and 9 there is false bottom arranged, having central axial hole 10 and window 11 in the form of hole displaced from O-O axis and intended for passage of loose material down. Besides specified window 11 is arranged with the possibility of controller coverage of its area by gate valve 7. Differential mechanism 5 is made in the form of body 12, in which master gear 13 is horizontally installed, together with vertically installed gear-satellites 14, which are kinematically connected to mastee gear 13. Moreover, body 12 of differential mechanism is installed in axial hole 10, so that more than half of body is located higher than the false bottom 4, and master gear 13 is connected to drive. Besides radial screws 6 are arranged above upper radial vanes 9 of bottom activator and are installed in tails of gear satellites 14. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability and reduced power consumption in process of hopper operation. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
