PORPHYRIN DERIVATIVES, PROCESSES FOR THE PREPARATION THEREOF, AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING THE SAME

A porphyrin derivative which is used in diagnosing or treating malignant tumor using PET or SPECT is provided to improve water solubility by inducing carboxyl group and radioactive iodine and usefully diagnose malignant tumor. A porphyrin derivative of the chemical formula 1 or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt is used in diagnosing or treating malignant tumor. In the chemical formula 1, X is radioactive iodine, X is I-123, I-124, I-125, or I-131. The porphyrin derivative of the chemical formula 1 is produced by reacting a compound of the chemical formula 4 with a compound of NaX and removing protection group. A pharmaceutical composition for diagnosing malignant tumor comprises the porphyrin derivative of the chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The malignant tumor is diagnosed through PET or SPECT after injecting the pharmaceutical composition by intravenous injection.
