FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises wood milling and sawing. Milling is effected in horizontal plane along sines curve to observe required parametres of axial-radius curvature R, segment angle of cross section parametres, i.e. diametre of log A, height and width of curtain rail. To ensure aforesaid parametres, process parametres are selected, i.e. L - step of sine wave L=2Rsin/2, distance H from workpiece axis to that of the carriage that control crosswise and angular travel of processing unit, H=Rcos/2. Note here that workpiece cross section height parametres comply with order step in blockhouse, width B parametres make B=A+t+2R(1-cos /2), where t is milling allowance. Note also that milling is carried out by rotor-type milling cutters operated in operating conditions 1 to produce sine wave or 2 to produced rectilinear section and sine wave. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of milling. ^ 2 cl, 8 dwg |
