<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device which includes luxurious three-dimensional appearance like a chandelier as a brilliant interior. <P>SOLUTION: Surface light-emitting elements 5, 6 and 7 of organic EL devices are framed in flat frames 2, 3 and 4 each of which is joined into a ring to from light-emitting sections of first to third bores, respectively. Each of frames forming the light-emitting section of each bore shaped into a square and joined at the opposing corners of the frames.
