<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although there are many devices having functions of displaying states of progress of download, among devices which download content via networks, the functions merely perform simple display of progress of download by using the ratio of a received content size to the size of reception-object content, consequently not providing users with sufficient information. <P>SOLUTION: An information-processing device 300 equipped with a downloading function manages: a table that manages states of download; and download-controlling meta files 120 which describe content-related information necessary for downloading one or more contents. Management information on the table is correlated with information that the download-controlling meta files 120 have, to provide users with the information that the download-controlling meta files 120 have, at the time of displaying the states of the progress, and consequently the display of the progress for the respective download-controlling meta files 120 is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
