<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rocking body from being closed at such a great speed so that the rocking body collides with an apparatus body in closing the rocking body to make the rocking body such as a top cover close to the apparatus body. <P>SOLUTION: A sliding end 11A which a damper 12 comes into contact in a rocking arm 11 is inclined to a virtual plane S1 orthogonal to an arm axis L3 and set parallel to the rocking center line of the rocking arm 11 when the top cover 1b is in the close state. Thus, spacing force F3 of the damper 12 is applied to the rocking arm 11, so that in closing the top cover 1B to make the top cover 1B close to the apparatus body 1C, the top cover 1B is prevented from being closed at such a great speed as to collide with the apparatus body 1C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
