<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and accurately specify the minute position of a communication trouble generated by measuring communication qualities at all measuring bases in a network at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: Protocol stack execution and signal analysis in processing carried out in conventional probes are conducted by a management server 100A1, and probes 200A1 and 200B1 conduct only the relay of a packet for measuring the communication qualities and the measurement of the communication quality of a payload. Consequently, the probes require no processing capability high-degree, and can be formed in a configuration simpler than conventional devices. The probes can be mounted by being assembled into an existing communication device as agents having a compact configuration. Accordingly, since the probes or the agents for measuring the communication qualities can be arranged at a large number of all measuring bases in the network, the position of the communication trouble generated can be specified rapidly and accurately. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
