PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly dry a molding molded by extruding water-containing plastic body from an extrusion-molding machine. SOLUTION: The drying jig 1 for the extrusion moldings includes a metallic receiving jig 2 for receiving the molding 100 having a roughly circular contour and a roughly circular cross section extrusion-molded from the extrusion-molding machine, a metallic shelf plate 3 containing the receiving jig 2, and a metallic lid 4 attached to an upper end of the shelf plate 3. The receiving jig 2 placed with the molding 100 is contained in the shelf plate 3 and an opening at the upper end of the shelf plate 3 is closed with the lid 4 and is contained in a drying apparatus. The shelf plate 3 and lid 4 are exclusively heated, avoiding direct blowing of hot air to the molding. Heating of the shelf plate 3 and lid 4 indirectly heats the whole of the molding 100 substantially uniformly from surrounding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
