<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information management device, a personal information management method, a program and a recording medium, wherein complication and an input mistake of personal information input are reduced and wherein security is enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: A service user 1 and a service provider 3 perform user registration into a personal information management server 2. The service provider 3 registers a personal information item group necessary to provide service. The service user 1 accesses the personal information management server 2, and inputs a service provider ID and a service ID presented from the service provider 3. The personal information management server 2 displays the item group of personal information needed by the service provider 3 having the inputted service provider ID. The service user 1 selects a personal information item decided that it can be provided to the service provider 3.
