<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone device capable of constantly and easily preventing and early detecting a dentistry disease. <P>SOLUTION: This portable telephone device is configured to synthetically diagnose the disease state of the teeth of a user by a dental diagnostic part 15 from salivary collected by a salivary/breath collection part 11 in speaking, the check result of bacteria in salivary by a salivary sensor part 12 about breath, the bad breath check result of breath by a bad breath sensor part 13, and the state of teeth in an oral tract photographed by an oral tract photographic part 14, and to change the color scheme of a screen, wallpaper and a ringing warning sound in such a state that the diagnostic results are divided into preliminarily set levels, and to display the diagnostic result at a display part 3, and to, when determining that medical treatment is required as the diagnostic result, transmit the diagnostic result by mail to a preliminarily set medical treatment facility, and to acquire dental care/advice information corresponding to the disease state of the teeth from the server, and to screen-display it at the display part 3 and/or outputs it with a voice.
