PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic cooling device which is excellent in durability and stable in performance. SOLUTION: In the electronic cooling device, a heat absorption side heat conductor 1 and a heat dissipation side heat conductor 17 are provided via a thermoelectric conversion element group 16, and the heat absorption side heat conductor 1 and a frame body 2 are integrated by arranging the heat absorption side heat conductor 1 in the frame body 2. The frame body 2 is formed to one piece by insert-molding in an outer circumferential part of the heat absorption side heat conductor 1, an external portion in contact with the air in a junction between the frame body 2 and the heat absorption side heat conductor 1 is covered with a nonpolar sealing agent layer 18 formed of a sealing agent of a nonpolar material and an inner portion of the junction between the frame body 2 and the heat absorption side heat conductor 1 is covered with a polar non-hardening type sealing agent layer 19 of a polar material formed of a soft sealing agent which is not hardened.
