PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing member capable of contributing to the suppression, the prevention, or the reduction of an increase of the concentration of carbon dioxide gas in the atmosphere by reducing the amount of carbon dioxide gas generated from a high polymer member when discarding a rolling bearing, and to provide the rolling bearing using the member. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing member is used for the rolling bearing composed of an inner ring 2, an outer ring 3, a plurality of rolling elements 4 and a cage 5, and formed of a molded product of a synthetic resin composition. The member is at least one member selected from the inner ring 2, the outer ring 3, the rolling elements 4 and the cage 5. The synthetic resin composition is formed in such a manner that at least a fibrous filler is incorporated in a high polymer base material using a biomass-derived raw material as at least a part of a manufacturing raw material. Besides, a high polymer elastic body or a resin composition constituting a seal member 6 is formed in such a manner that at least the fibrous filler is incorporated in the high polymer base material using the biomass-derived raw material as at least a part of the manufacturing raw material.
