PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to select a music piece with which the user can gain a high ranking. SOLUTION: The music piece in a region where a score, being as a result of scoring of the music piece, is located in a score distribution, with the predetermined number of samples or more (for example,±2σregion), in music pieces as a result of scoring when a request user sings the music piece by proposal request, is proposed as the music piece to sing suitable for the user. When the number of samples increases, such a music piece can be one in which the ranking in a plurality of users can be substantially raised, if the score result is improved a little compared with the result when it is sung in the past, that is, if only small points are raised.
