PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce machining of a member constituting a basket for storing recycle fuel assemblies. SOLUTION: A plurality of plate members 10 are stacked on each other while long side ends 10LT1 and 10LT2 are butted on each other. Then, connecting members 30 are attached to side surfaces 10S of the stacked plate members 10 to interconnect the plurality of plate members, thereby constituting plate member connecting bodies 100. The plate member connecting bodies 100 are oppositely arranged, a square pipe 20 is arranged between the plate member connecting bodies 100, thereby constituting the basket for storing the recycle fuel assemblies.
