PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional caster in which noise of the casters is sounded from the outside and can be heard by people even those who are in a building, since many people use suitcases with casters these days, stopping/parking on a road is strictly prohibited to promote use of a carriage or a two-wheeled cart when a delivery person carries packages, and there are many pavements of which the surfaces are decorated with bricks or tiles for the beauty of the street and there are many steps on the pavements. SOLUTION: Cushion members are disposed on the wheel of the caster so that they are extended obliquely, and thereby to prevent the wheel from falling into a step and to reduce noise or vibration.
