PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite machining equipment capable of performing a plurality of concurrent machining tasks by moving a machining unit to a workpiece at a predetermined position without carrying the workpiece to a working region of the machining unit and without position movement, and also capable of appropriately providing a guide means for guiding the movement of a plurality of machining units. SOLUTION: A plurality of machining tasks are performed on a workpiece W by means of a plurality of column units 1. The workpiece W is fixedly supported on a work table T at a predetermined position until machining is completed, and in addition the plurality of column units 1 are sequentially moved and positioned at a working position corresponding to the workpiece W to carry out respective machining tasks on the workpiece W. The plurality of column units 1 are horizontally guided and supported by a lower guide rail 6 and an upper guide rail serving as common guiding means below and above the units, and each column unit 1 can move independently of other column units 1.
