PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve disadvantages or the like in a conventional garbage treating apparatus using a deodorization plate or the like for removing malodor. SOLUTION: A moisture sensor is installed in a treatment tank, and charged matter is controlled by a controller and is kept in an appropriate state so that the charged matter is controlled in the optimum state.
