PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder holder capable of storing binders in a storage rack in a neatly aligned state even if paper or the like is not filed; and storage rack. SOLUTION: This binder holder 1 includes an elastically deformable plate-like member 11, an adhesive sheet 12 provided on one face side of the plate-like member 11 and fixing the plate-like member 11 to a shelf board, and a plurality of linear cut portions 13 provided on the other side of the plate-like member 11 and holding the front cover of the binder for filing paper or the like.
