PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine mounting structure of a vehicle capable of certainly regulating displacement in a vehicle width direction of a power unit side mounting member. SOLUTION: The engine mounting structure of the vehicle comprises a vehicle body side mounting member 11 coupled to a vehicle body, and the power unit side mounting member 10 coupled to a power unit. The vehicle side mounting member 11 and the power unit side mounting member 10 are coupled through a vibration isolating member, thereby supporting the power unit to the vehicle body. A stopper member 19 capable of regulating the displacement in the vehicle width direction of the power unit side mounting member 10 is set to the vehicle body side mounting member 11, and the stopper member 19 is coupled at or near a suspension tower.
